  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices and set aside.
  2. Cut the bacon into cubes and set aside.
  3. Cut the onions into very small cubes and set aside.
  4. Cut the pepper into very small cubes and set aside.
  5. Add the fat into a pot, cook on 120 degrees Celsius, wait for it to melt and heat up.
  6. When the fat (or oil) is ready, add the bacon and onion and cook 4-5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat, add the paprika, stir well, and then add the pepper and mushrooms and put the pot back onto the heat and add ~100ml of water. (add more if water is not enough)
  8. Add tomato paste and stir everything well.
  9. Cover the pot and cook for half an hour, decrease the heat to 100 degrees Celsius.
  10. It is good to serve on top of mini penne pasta!
