Chicken Dürüm (30cm diameter, Single Serving)

Ingredients
Chicken
- 200g chicken breast or thigh
- 25g yoghurt
- 1 spoon olive oil
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 spoon lemon juice
- ¼ spoon paprika
- 1/8 spoon ground cumin
- 1/8 spoon oregano
- salt & pepper
Vegetables
- 30g lettuce
- 20g grated carrots
- 25g cucumber cut into sticks
- 15g finely diced onions
- parsley (optional, to taste)
- 10g radish thingly sliced or grated
- 10-15g pickled cucumber
- garlic sauce
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and spices.
Coat the raw chicken and marinate at least 1 hour (4+ hrs better).
Cook the Chicken: Heat a nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium-high (160C)
Cook chicken ~6 min per side, until browned and fully cooked.
Rest 5 min, then slice or shred.
Prep Veg & Sauce: Shred, grate, slice, or pickle your chosen vegetables.
Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Assemble everything!
